We have recently set out to design and implement a qualification for our cheesemakers. Fraser was instrumental in achieving our goals. His delivery of modules tailored to our requirements combined with his industry experience and dairy technology expertise ensured the training was a success. Excellent feedback was received from all who attended the sessions. We would very much like to work with Fraser again in the future to implement further training packages.
We invited Fraser in to review Connage Highland Dairy and our systems and it has been refreshing to have Fraser join our team. With vast cheese knowledge and hands on experience with production procedures, training and also management systems, Fraser has it covered. He has taken the stress out of the many audits we undergo every year handling every aspect professionally.

Yester Farm Dairies is a family run on-farm milk and soft cheese processor and retailer in East Lothian. We worked with Food Tech Systems when setting up our new cheese room in 2015/16. Ashley worked closely with our Directors, Dairy Manager and Cheese Maker to develop our HACCP from scratch. She also liaised directly with our Environmental Health Officers to ensure they were satisfied on all their requirements. Fraser joined us as Operations Manager over two Pack houses, where he aligned both sites both operationally and Technically through appropriate appointments and ensuring systems in place compliment ways of working. The culture on both sites has improved through Frasers proactive management style and tackling all issues head on. He has a technical eye which has ensured both sites are accredited to the highest standards. The business has gone through considerable change which Fraser has taken in his stride. He has a commercial approach whilst having the customer at the heart of all decisions, cost conscious with an eye for “Hot Spots” that can be improved or re-negotiated. Manager you can trust that will always speak his mind.
Ashley has been working with Innovate Foods since December 2015 as an interim consultant to assist in the development and improvement of our quality systems, policies and procedures. With her ‘sleeves rolled up’ approach, extensive knowledge and experience in many food industry sectors she was an enormous help in our transition from BRC v6 to v7. Ashley would be an invaluable resource to any technical team and I would highly recommend her.

‘Südzucker UK Ltd, a leading supplier of Sugars and Sugar Specialty products to the UK & IE Industrial and Retail Food sectors, made the decision to attain the BRC Agents & Brokers accreditation at the start of 2017.
To ensure the stringent standards were implemented effectively, we sought the co-operation and support of an external consultant. This is when Ashely Tait of Food Tech Systems Ltd started with us, sharing her expertise and immediately working very well within our team.
